คลื่น Wave FM 88 เป็นการจัดรายการ คลื่นวิทยุภาคภาษาอังกฤษตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
จัดรายการโดย ดีเจมากมาย อาทิ ดีเจแดเนียล และ ดีเจมินตี้
กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท คูลเอสท์ จำกัด
ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภา อาภากร ปัจจุบัน ดำรงตำแหน่ง กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท คูลเอสท์ จำกัด และบริษัท คูลเอสท์ เรดิโอ จำกัด เป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์ในแวดวงสื่อมวลชนทั้ง วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ และสิ่งพิมพ์ มากกว่า 20 ปี
ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภา อาภากร มีความหลงใหลในจังหวะดนตรี และเสียงเพลง ตั้งแต่เริ่มศึกษาอยู่ในประเทศอังกฤษจนกระทั่งจบการศึกษา Commercial Art เมื่อเดินทางกลับมายังประเทศไทยในช่วงต้นยุค 80 ท่านร่วมงานกับ ไนท์ สปอต ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทชั้นนำของวงการบันเทิง ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายสร้างสรรค์และผลิตรายการวิทยุ จากนั้นในฐานะผู้จัดการฝ่ายการผลิต เขาได้เชิญนักร้องที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับนานาชาติ อย่าง สตีวี่ วันเดอร์ (Stevie Wonder) เทค แดท (Take That) และจัดการแสดงคอนเสิร์ตสดอีกมากมาย
หลังจากนั้น ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภาได้ก้าวมาเป็นผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งบริษัท มีเดีย พลัส ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างสรรค์และผลิตรายการวิทยุ Smile radio 88, Soft 105 and Radio Bangkok 95.5 และโทรทัศน์ ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูงในช่วงต้นยุค 90 โดยได้บริหารความถี่คลื่นวิทยุกว่า 100 คลื่นทั้ง FM และ AM นับเป็นหนึ่งในสี่ของความถี่คลื่นวิทยุทั่วประเทศ
ต่อมา ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภาได้เข้าร่วมงานกับ บริษัท บรอดคาสติ้ง เน็ตเวิร์ค (ไทยแลนด์) หรือ บีเอ็นที ในตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร และเป็นผู้ริเริ่มสถานีโทรทัศน์ที่ดำเนินรายการเกี่ยวกับเพลงตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ภายใต้ชื่อ “Channel V Thailand” ซึ่งกลายเป็นสถานีที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุดในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น และในปี 2545 ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภาได้นำเสนอ “Chic Channel” ออกสู่สายตาสาธารณชน เป็นช่องที่นำเสนอความเคลื่อนไหวของวงการแฟชั่น เทรนด์ และไลฟ์สไตล์ทันสมัยบน UBC
ปัจจุบัน ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภาดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการของบริษัท คูลเอสท์ จำกัด และบริษัท คูลเอสท์ เรดิโอ จำกัด ดูแลรับผิดชอบการสร้างกลยุทธ์การตลาดรวมถึงการผลิต ร่วมกับทีมงานสื่อมืออาชีพ ให้กับคลื่นวิทยุ WAVE FM 88 “Smooth Urban Sounds” คลื่นเพลงสากลแบบ 24 ชั่วโมงที่มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ โดยจุดประสงค์ของการกลับมาผลิตและจัดรายการวิทยุ คือ อยากสร้างสถานีวิทยุในประเทศไทยให้เข้าชั้นมาตรฐานโลก นอกจากนี้ ม.ร.ว. รุจยาภายังเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับ นิตยสาร 2mag ซึ่งนิตยสารแฟชั่นสำหรับผู้ชายฉบับแรกของประเทศไทย และยังเป็นหนังสือไทยที่จัดจำหน่ายไปยังสิงค์โปร์ ฮ่องกง เซี่ยงไฮ้ ออสเตรเลีย และนิวยอร์ก
และจากนี้ไป Wave FM 88 ก็จะเป็นแนวทางใหม่ของมีเดียในเมืองไทยที่น่าจับตามอง
